Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using any Kylenworld service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Kylenworld provides script protection, license management, and API authentication infrastructure. The platform allows developers to control who can execute their scripts and under what conditions.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Kylenworld to protect and distribute your own legitimate software. You may not:

• Distribute malware, cheats that violate game ToS in a way that harms others, or illegal content.
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm other users or third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or abuse the protection mechanisms.
• Create accounts for the purpose of spamming or automated abuse.
• Resell or sublicense the Kylenworld infrastructure itself without explicit written permission.

4. What the service does NOT do

• Kylenworld does not guarantee that your scripts will never be bypassed by determined users.
• Kylenworld does not provide legal protection for your intellectual property — it only makes unauthorized access harder.
• Kylenworld does not monitor the content of your scripts beyond what is necessary for technical operation.

5. Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at help@kylenworld.it.

6. Payments & refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly. There is no automatic billing — upgrades are handled manually. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused billing periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Uptime & liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruption. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

8. Data & privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time; your data will be removed within 30 days.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
